In the cold dark days of winter many of us feel we have lost our spark and find it hard to focus on the potential of the year ahead. Join a small, warm and friendly group for a morning of sharing, creative visualisation, and exploration - take a magic carpet ride with us.

Why not spend the day to pamper your desires with a vision board planning workshop with a difference. Each attendee will receive a free numerology reading to provide insight into your year plus a free Tarot reading for any areas where you feel stuck. So, go on, be creative and enjoy this workshop at the time of the Chinese New Year so you can redefine your new intentions through to fruition

Have you lost your sparkle? Has life become humdrum? Then spend the day learning to create new patterns in raising your vibrational energy to kick-start a new beginning. Days of Heaven is an interactive workshop where there will be opportunities for creative craftwork and be facilitated in meditation, tapping, reflective practice and other activities with the focus upon fun and enjoyment in your achievements and embracing transformational perspectives

19th March: Animal Wellbeing Workshop Sandra Bray
This workshop helps you to think outside the box when it comes to interacting and caring for our animal friends, large or small. Examples include crystals, sound, colour and massage. Please bring a notebook and pen as much information and various options will be discussed, shown and experienced during the day. I am hoping a dog will be attending, however, if you have a pet you would like to bring along for a specific purpose please liaise with Val or Mechelle as to whether this can be accommodated.
